Killer Covers

Do you like to color?

Adult coloring books like this Proverbs in Color are very popular right now. I love the box this coloring book is in. The tones are so soft and inviting. I used to love to color with my kids, which makes these kind of things a favorite of mine.

And this one is lively and fun. Coffee is a favorite thing of mine. Mix it with Jesus and you have the best to both worlds.

Do you prefer coloring books with mostly shapes, or do you like a less abstract concept with objects as the focus?

Killer Covers

Wanna a cover to rip your heart out or make you laugh?

Nathan’s Fate cover art grips me with sheer emotion. Wow. That’s what I have to say about it. I can feel the heroine’s inner turmoil very well on Terra Lynee’s historical novel cover.Nathan's Fate by [Lynee, Terra]And what about Pepper Basham’s novel A Twist of Faith? These are some happy folks. I love how this cover isn’t the typical characters just standing around. These are both winners to me. Do you want to laugh or cry with a book this weekend?

Killer Covers

Have you traveled to the country or even a far away land recently? When a book is based in a place I’ve been, I gobble it up.

Irish Meadows (Courage to Dream Book #1) by [Mason, Susan Anne]Ireland still calls to me even though its been two years since we visited. Don’t you love the blue of her eyes on this cover for Susan Anne Mason’s historical novel called Irish Meadows? Oh, take me back to Ireland if only in the pages of a book!

A Semi-Sweet Summer: Pure Amore: Sweet Romance, Pure Enjoyment by [Elder, Jan]A Semi-Sweet Summer by Jan Elder is sure to delight the senses with this witty cover. It’s country setting is nice. And I’m always in the mood for chocolate. If he doesn’t want that chocolate I’ll take it!

Like the chocolate in Jan Elder’s cover or the solemn stare of our dear Irish girl in Susan Anne Mason’s? Tell me what you think in the comments below.
